Enrolment Terms and Conditions - Group Classes

Enrolments

New Students - Once you have accepted a place an invoice will be emailed to you confirming your course dates and times. All courses are to be paid in full upon receipt of invoice.

Current students - Students who wish to book a consecutive course, must confirm their interest two weeks prior to the commencement of the next course, and make payment in full, one week prior to the commencement of the next course.

Withdrawal by a Student

If a Student wishes to withdraw from a course, prior to the commencement of the course, a full refund will be given only if:

  1. Two weeks notice is given prior to the commencement of the course or
  2. The place is able to be filled by another student.

Student Absence / Make up Classes

  1. Students must give 48 hours notice regarding their absence to be eligible for a make up class. Students can give notice by -
    1. EMAIL vikki@sewingclasses.com.au
    2. SMS 0417 597 189
    3. FILL OUT the absentee book (available in class)
  2. Students must be enrolled in a course to be eligible to attend a make up class.
  3. If you fail to attend your allocated make up class you will not be offered another make up class in lieu.
  4. Make up classes cannot be guaranteed.
  5. Make up classes expire at the end of each school year – December 15th
  6. It is the student’s responsibility to pursue a make up class (subject to availability)


Enrolment Terms and Conditions - Workshops

  1. Once you have registered for a Workshop an invoice will be emailed to you confirming your Workshop date/s and time/s. All Workshops are to be paid in full upon receipt of invoice.
  2. Workshops will be run with a minimum of 4 students and a maximum of 6 students. Your Workshop will be confirmed once these requirements have been met.
  3. If a Student wishes to withdraw from a Workshop, a full refund will be given only if two weeks notice is given prior to its commencement or the place is able to be filled by another student.
  4. If a student is unable to attend a Workshop they will not be eligible for a make up class, refund or a credit.
  5. If a Workshop is cancelled students will receive a full refund.

One on One Tuition

  1. Once your class has been arranged an invoice will be emailed to you confirming your class dates and times.
  2. One on One classes are to be paid in full upon receipt of invoice.
  3. We require 48 hours notice be given to be eligible for a refund or a transfer.
